Development of a corporate website for the Green Card Lottery

Green Card began accepting registrations for the “Green Card – USA” lottery in 2002, when they had a photo studio in downtown Plovdiv.
At that time, applications for the lottery were still submitted via physical mail, with information printed on paper and photos also on paper.
Back then, it was impossible to ignore the strict quality requirements and formatting conditions for the photos, since only a photo studio could take a photo that met the U.S. Department of State’s requirements.
Now things have changed with digital photos, but the requirements are almost the same. The younger generation (mainly those born after 2000) does NOT take it seriously that these are official documents, and “Facebook selfie”-style photos are completely UNACCEPTABLE!
Many applicants are immediately disqualified due to improperly processed photos!
