What is included in a maintenance plan?
Routine updates, backups, security monitoring and protection, fixes and small content changes, handled within your monthly support hours. Unused hours can roll over for up to one calendar year.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown exclude VAT. We confirm the full amount in your written quote before any work begins.
How do the support hours work?
Each plan includes a set number of technical hours per month (for example 3, 6 or 9). Unused hours can carry over to the next month within the same calendar year.
Is there a one-off option?
Yes. If you do not want a monthly plan, we also offer one-off maintenance billed per technical hour. Tell us what you need and we will quote it.
What is not included?
Larger work such as new plugins, speed optimisation, theme changes, redesigns, adding a new language, big module/theme upgrades, migrations and marketing are quoted separately.
